    What is Mediation?

Mediation is a voluntary process where a skilled and neutral third party (the mediator) helps people get to the real issues, talk about them in a safe environment, and come to an agreement on how they will move forward.

How long is a Mediation session?

A typical mediation can last anywhere from one hour to several hours.

    How much does Mediation cost?

The standard rate for Certified Mediation is $120/hour.

Fees may be slightly higher for groups.

A sliding scale is offered for individuals in need.

But what if the other person doesn't want to come to Mediation?

    Mediation is a voluntary process.

If the other person doesn't want to participate, then Conflict Coaching is recommended for the willing participant.
