This workshop offers activities that help create insight into why people seem difficult in the first place, plus it presents ways to remain calm, diffuse anger, and deal with strong personalities.
You will get to examine practical and useful communication and coping skills to deal with those difficult customers, employees, family members, neighbors, and door to door salespeople in a respectful and appropriate manner.
You will also explore, through various activities, how difficult people affect you personally, and how to minimize those effects.
For mediators: The skills in this course will help you handle difficult clients and become more self-aware so you can stay neutral.
