Video Recording: Dealing with People's Difficult Behaviors

This workshop offers activities that help create insight into why people's behaviors seem difficult in the first place, plus it presents ways to remain calm, diffuse anger, and deal with strong personalities.

You will get to examine practical and useful communication and coping skills to deal with challenging behaviors from customers, employees, family members, neighbors, and door-to-door salespeople in a respectful and appropriate manner.

You will also explore, through various activities, how difficult people affect you personally, and how to minimize those effects.
